1. Uniform jointing of shell is very essential. Since the

exhibits curling phenomenon; High-grade mould is formed using
aluminum plate or aluminum-magnesium alloy, followed by polishing,
oxidation, thus the cost is very high because anode oxidation
shall be used for insulation£»
2. Ordinary shell material adopts ABS. Screw holes shall not
appear on the surface in order not to affect appearance.
3. Rubber ring is always adopted prevent vibration.
