1. Composition£º folder part ,base part£»The
structural connection between the two parts is achieved
by a rotary hinge£¬and electrical connection between
the folder and base part is achieved by a flexible circuit
board FPC. FPC passes through the shaft passage on the
shell to connect from base unit PCB to folder cover
PCB. The flip-flop angle of the folder cover is normally
160¡ã or so. The electrical control of on/off status
of cell phone is achieved by coordination between the
Hower switch and magnet.
2. Product material£ºNormally adopt PC+ABS, display screen
transparent lens normally adopts pmma.
3. Mould quantity£º9~15 sets. The specific quantity is
defined according to practical situation. There is also
press-key silica gel mould£»

1.Common structure£ºFor flat
cell phones which do not change shell, normally 4 to
6 M1.6-M2.0 screws to fix the front and back shell,
plus 4 to 6 pairs of snaps on the sides and top of the
phone to strengthen connection between shells and ensure
uniform jointing. Bolts inside the shell will pass through
corresponding holes on PCB, and ribs are also made for
positioning and fixation of PCBA. The holding frame
of the display screen is used to position display LCD
and acoustics elements such as speaker£¬receiver£¬camera
sensor etc onto PCB to increase strength. Sometimes
it is also used to separate electrical elements on PCB
under the LCD off LCD in order to impact and damage
these electronic elements. This holding frame can be
fixed on PCB board by snaps. Display lens is used to
protect the screen and content shown on the screen can
be seen through it. Common used double adhesive tape
is fixed on the front shell. Keyboard is supported on
PCB board or keyboard holding frame, its outer edges
are positioned by internal structure of the shell with
only freedom in thickness direction. Switching on/off
of the keyboard circuit by movement and reset in thickness
direction is achieved by press-key dome. Battery core,
protection circuit and contact plate into the shell
to form the battery, and the battery can be fixed inside
the battery chamber by snaps on back cover of the cell
phone. The battery cell is to protect the battery from
exposure and ensure integrity of the back cover. The
battery cover is fixed on the back cover by the protrusion
sliding into the back cover and the hook on the side.
2. Product material£ºNormally adopt PC+ABS, display screen
transparent lens normally adopts pmma; Press keys of
current ultra-thin cell phone normally adopt surface
steel sheet + silica gel, thus cell phone mould quantity
can be decreased by one set.
3. Cell phone mould quantity£º8~12sets. The specific
quantity is defined according to practical situation.
