Car audio
features and key points£º
1. Adverse working environment
Cars run on road of different levels and car audio is subject
to frequent vibration and impact, thus car audio must have
strong vibration prevention property in structure.
2. Temperature-difference withstanding car audio must be able
to withstand fierce temperature difference. Under direct sunlight
the temperature of the dashboard can reach 70¡æ£80¡æ£¬while in
cold area this temperature can reach -20¡æ to -40¡æ. Common
household electrical appliances can withstand a temperature
range of -5¡æ-80¡æ£¬thus there is more stringent requirements
on raw materials of car audio mould products.
3. Overall dimensions£º
The audio dimensions for European cars defined according to
DIN standard are£¨L£©183¡Á£¨H£©50¡Á£¨D£©153£»Japanese cars always adopt
2-DIN double-layer type, audio dimensions:£¨L£©180¡Á£¨H£©100¡Á£¨D£©153.
4. Development trend: Car audio is also a new industry developed
along with automobile industry, it developed from simple recorder,
to CD, DVD, 6-disc DVD, TWO-DIN DVD with all-inclusive functions:
DVD, TV, radio, amplifier, GPS navigation etc.The ONE-DIN-DVD+7"
display screen prevailed now in the market adopts full-automatic
structure, i.e. the lower part of the complete machine is
DVD (disc output+ function panel)£¬the upper part is LCD screen
with extending mechanism, normally the screen is shrunk inside,
while in use, you can push OPEN key and the LCD screen will
extend out , face up, rotate to the left and right, move forward
and backward for view angle adjustment automatically.
5. Raw material of car audio products:
For parts like face panel and front cover, PC or transparent
ABS(777D) are normally adopted which can withstand high temperature
of more than 110¡ãC£¬high strength and impact resistance. Plastic
push keys normally adopt PC materials.
gears of driving mechanism and plastic gears normally adopt
POM material. It is mainly because that this kind of material
provides such virtues as high strength, low noise and self-lubrication
properties. Alloy gears normally adopt powder metallurgy materials
which have favorable strength and abrasion resistance.
6. The casing of car audio normally adopts painting followed
by radium engraving, 3 to 4 layers of paint are sprayed on
transparent ABS or PC surface. Common colors used are prevailed
blue, yellow, red, green etc. and unnecessary color will be
removed. |
