Plastic Mould Factory-Plastic mould technic-mold making
guidance
When your new product has already been designed
and rapid prototype has been made ready for making mould,
you will consider the following situations:
1.
Our product is a new kind to be put into the market to
decide whether or not to conduct mass production based
on market benefit. Then you will have to face with the
following questions:
A. What is the nature of the mould factory
we are looking for: Foreign investment, Taiwan investment,
Hongkong investment, or private enterprise?
B.
The scale of the enterprise we are looking for£ºlarge
scale, medium scale, small scale? If we choose a large
scale mould factory, that means it will take expensive
mould-sinking fees. And if you think that your product
quality can not be guaranteed and there is no concerns
about funds, then you can take a large scale mould plant
as your preferential choice!
C.
If you choose medium or small scale mould factory, then
except mould price, what you concern about most is that
whether the mould can be made in time with quality. We
recommend that you choose a completely equipped mould
plant which possesses necessary equipment of mould fabrication
such as: CNC machining center, linear cutting, EDM, plastic
molding machine. This is the key point for your choice
because: if it has no these equipment, outsourced processing
will be necessary for this plant, and this will not only
increase your mode-sinking expense but also increase the
processing time. Meanwhile, the overall outsourced process
can not be monitored thus resulting in some contingencies
which can not be solved timely.
D.
Not to choose un-guaranteed processing shop because of
cheap price, except that what you will make are only parts
of the mould but not one complete set of mould!
2.
Effectively decrease your mould cost: At first predict
single quantity of the new product? If the quantity does
not reach 500,000, we recommend not to harden the mould,
because that way will only increase your cost by 1/3£»
besides adoption of mold core steels such as S136H£¬NAK80
etc. or thin-water-spout mould will also increase cost.
Of course materials designated by the customer shall be
excluded. And what is more important is: Whether or not
the mould plant chosen by you attach importance on you
which is very critical to you; If this mould plant attach
no importance to you at all then it will muddle with your
work, and you pay the money without any appropriate guarantee.
That is the attitude of many present large scale mould
plants not to accept or not to lay stress on small orders,
because neither amount nor individual quantity meet their
requirements.
3.
Finally we recommend to select mould plant according to
self situations and characteristics, and conduct objective
evaluation on mould in order to obtain satisfactory cooperation£¡
